Venue hire for the ceremony is complimentary. Venue hire for the reception is at an additional cost.
 

Venue hire includes the following:
Standard cutlery, crockery, tablecloths, overlays, chairs, tables, serviettes and outstanding service

Depending on the number of guests we will recommend the best combination suitable to your party, while taking cognisance of your personal requirements.

For all décor related requirements we will refer you to our preferred supplier who will provide you with whatever your heart desires! Their extensive range of table linen, centre pieces, flowers etc will most certainly ensure a ceremony and reception second to none!
 

 
Ceremonies:
Our deluxe ceremonies offering is the ceremony of a lifetime! What makes us unique? Experience our majestic Hanglip Mountain, with spectacular views overlooking our Big Five private game reserve from 1000m above! All of your guests will be transported to Hanglip Mountain via helicopter where, overlooking spectacular views of Entabeni Safari Conservancy the "I do's" will take place. From there all guests will be flown down to your reception venue of choice. You will be able to choose from a number of indoor or outdoor venues - we are here to tailor-make your package! The rest of the package can be built according to your needs.

Reception:
Venues available as per the listing. Depending on the number of guests, alternate venues can be offered. There are a variety of wedding menu options available.
 

Wedding Packages

 
PACKAGE 1 - GOLD
Minimum stay of two nights required
This package is valid at our four star lodges - Lakeside, Ravineside, Wildside Safari Camp or Eagles Nest - subject to availability.
 
Includes:
- Accomodation
- Welcome drink upon arrival
- All meals (excluding the reception meal - costing of which is subject to the menu selected)
- 2 game drives (one late afternoon on the day of arrival, one early morning on the day of the   wedding)
- Tourism levy

PACKAGE 2 - PLATINUM
Minimum stay of two nights required
This package is valid at our five star lodges - Earthsong or Kingfisher - subject to availability.
 
Includes:
- Accomodation
- Welcome drink upon arrival
- All meals (excluding the reception meal - costing of which is subject to the menu selected)
- 2 game drives (one late afternoon on the day of arrival, one early morning on the day of the   wedding)
- Tourism levy

Complimentary Services:
- Administration costs
- Assistance in co-ordinating, planning and execution of the function
- Full table set-up, including crockery, cutlery and glassware (in accordance with Entabeni   standards)
- Complimentary transfer via game viewers to reception venue (if transfer is required)
- All staff (waiters, barmen, chefs, management)
 
Should you wish to alter the menu the price per person will be adjusted. A surcharge will be applicable per person should a plated menu be required instead of a buffet. However certain venues cannot offer the full set menu due to their location. Cold plated starters and desserts may be arranged with the buffet as the main meal. For any customized requests, we will gladly have our Executive Chef design a menu for you, which will be costed accordingly. The lodge will be flexible with any special requests, pending management approval.

Banqueting venue cut-off times:
- The cut-off time for live music and excessive noise levels is 00h00. After 00h00 a venue   overtime surcharge will be applicable and    the entertainment will revert to soft background   music.
- Any deviation to this will need prior approval from management.
- There will be an overtime charge per staff member per hour worked after 00h00 (minimum 2   hours charge).
