Greenway Woods Resort offers every wedding couple the opportunity to enter into a lifelong partnership in the prestige environment of the estate. From the superb cuisine and service offered at Greenway Woods Resort, the first important day in your life will become a special memory for the remainder of your married life. The resort offers, you and your guests, an occasion, which will live up to all your expectations.

Our Wedding Packages include the following:
- A Fruit Cocktail / Sherry for each guest on arrival,
- A Red Carpet will be rolled out especially for you on arrival.
- With our compliments, a choice of dry or semi sweet sparkling wine for the first round of toast, poured by the waiter staff. (One glass per guest)
- By holding your wedding reception at Greenway Woods Resort, you will spend your wedding night in one of our stunning hotel rooms with our compliments.
- A complimentary champagne breakfast, either in your Room or at our Rivergrove Restaurant.
- Greenway Woods Resort offers to all your guests, be they from Mpumalanga suburbs or from further a field, who for their own convenience would like or prefer to stay at the hotel to avoid late night driving / drinking and driving, at a preferential wedding rate per chalet, per night on a self catering basis. Each Chalet consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen and lounge area.
- Greenway Woods Resort will give you, with our best wishes, a token gift.
- The Package prices also include the cost of the venue, waiter service, table and chairs, crockery, cutlery, and standard white tablecloths and serviettes.
- To re-live this monumental occasion, Greenway Woods Resort invites you to return on your first wedding anniversary to a complimentary evening on a bed & breakfast basis.
The following items are excluded from the Package but can be arranged:
- Ceremony venue hire, draping and set up – either the Pool Gazebo or a conference venue
- Draping and/or swaging, with or without fairy lights, of the reception venue (not applicable to Injabula)
- PA System and Microphone, or any other specialized AV equipment rental
- Any décor, fancy colored table linen not available in house, chair covers e.t.c
- Should you wish that our African Injabula band play at your wedding or during the welcoming drinks of your guests, there will be an additional cost
Other Terms & Conditions:
- Full rooming list/function details are required minimum 14 days prior to your event.
- Whilst every precaution will be taken to ensure the safeguarding of your belongings, Greenway Woods Resort, its staff and/or management will not be liable for any loss, damage and/or injury to any person and/or property whatsoever and at anytime (décor, props, wedding gifts, valuables, etc…).
- In the event of cancellation by Greenway Woods Resort, for any reason whatsoever, Greenway Woods Resort will undertake to advise the client timeously and will undertake, where possible, to assist with alternative arrangements. Greenway Woods Resort will reimburse all monies paid by the client should cancellation occur under the above circumstances. |

- Day functions must end by 16h00, unless agreed otherwise and in writing by Greenway Woods Resort management.
- Evening functions must end by 24h00; an automatic per hour will be levied thereafter.
- The facilities of the hotel cannot be utilized other than for the purpose stated in this agreement.
- No beverages or food may be brought onto the hotel premises.
- Corkage for Wine is charged
- Please note that there are a minimum amount of guests required to secure a private venue and buffet menu.
- To book Injabula exclusively a minimum of 70 guests will be required. Should your guest list be less than 70 guests, not including children, a surcharge will be applicable per person.
- Wedding parties less than 25 guests will be charged for a minimum of 25 guests for a buffet menu, unless a set menu is possible with the hotel.
- Should draping be required, the Hotel will advise an applicable cost.
- In the event of increasing numbers you will be billed over and above accordingly

Risk / Loss / Damages:

No paper confetti is allowed at Greenway Woods Resort. You are welcome to use fresh flower petals or potpourri. If confetti is used regardless of the agreement, the client will be charged per hour spent for casual cleaning.

Greenway Woods Resort shall not be held liable for interruption of services (water, electricity, etc.)

Whilst every precaution shall be taken to ensure the safeguarding of your belongings, Greenway Woods Resort will not be liable for loss or damage to any property whatsoever. (Décor props, Wedding gifts, valuable etc.)
Children’s Policy: In order to qualify for the discounted rates on Children, the amount of children and their respective ages should be confirmed at least 14 days prior to the function date. 00 - 4 years Free of charge, 05 - 12 years half Price, 13 years and up Adult rates.
